Mollie Dickson

Primary Therapist- LPC-A

Mollie Dickson is a nationally certified counselor, LPC-A, EMDR practitioner and is part of the Lantana Recovery Clinical team. Mollie has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in trauma. While in graduate school, Mollie trained at a substance-use disorder center and a domestic violence center. Her work included group and individual counseling as well as court advocacy.

Before joining Lantana, Mollie worked for an acute psychiatric hospital. There, she was part of a team treating patients in detox as well as those suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis and bipolar disorder.

Mollie is passionate about working with individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and domestic abuse. By incorporating psychoeducation, coping skills with person-first counseling, her goal is to help clients understand themselves and the root causes of their addiction. Her objective is healing, so clients may live a healthy, fulfilling and joyful life in recovery.

Outside Lantana, Mollie enjoys traveling, yoga, cooking, fly fishing, the beach and spending time with friends and family.
