Mark Eccles is the Director of Operations at Lantana Recovery, where he oversees client services

and leads a team of dedicated recovery managers. His work focuses on ensuring individuals

receive the support and structure needed for lasting recovery.

Originally from Boston, MA, it was there that Mark began his healthcare career in compliance at

a hospital network. After gaining valuable experience, he transitioned into consulting, working

with hospitals to improve compliance and operational safety. After battling addiction himself, his

recovery journey led him to Connecticut and into the addiction treatment field, owning and

operating a sober living facility in New Milford. This experience solidified his passion for

creating structured, supportive environments that help individuals rebuild their lives.

Mark is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Ministry, further strengthening his ability to

serve and support others. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and actively

serving in his church.
