What we do
How we work toward WCAG 2.1 AA
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely accepted standard for web accessibility and the benchmark most often referenced under the ADA.
Ongoing review
We periodically audit the site with automated accessibility testing tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we fix confirmed issues as we find them — this is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.
Built to be usable
Our pages are built with semantic HTML, labeled forms, visible keyboard focus states, and sufficient color contrast, so the site works with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and assistive technology generally.
Third-party tools
Some features on this site (like live chat) are provided by third-party vendors. We work with our vendors to address accessibility issues in their tools, though we don't control their code directly.
Honest about where we are
This is a work in progress
No website is perfectly accessible forever — content, templates, and third-party tools all change. We treat accessibility as an ongoing standard to maintain, not a badge to earn once.
If you use assistive technology and run into a page, form, or feature that doesn't work the way it should, please tell us. We review every report and prioritize fixes that affect your ability to reach admissions, verify insurance, or get help.
