Eddie Waddington serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Lantana Recovery, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. With a background in business marketing and a deep passion for addiction and mental health treatment, Eddie brings a well-rounded and mission-driven approach to the team.

Throughout his career, Eddie has held nearly every operational and marketing role in behavioral health, including verification of benefits, admissions, outreach, utilization review, care management, and digital marketing. This hands-on experience has given him a unique understanding of both the clinical and business sides of the field, allowing him to grow into leadership roles focused on admissions, marketing, and organizational growth.

Eddie has helped scale three behavioral healthcare companies nationally, gaining experience across multiple regions and markets throughout the country. His broad perspective allows him to bring innovation, strategy, and sustainable growth initiatives to Lantana Recovery as the organization continues expanding its national footprint.

Before joining Lantana Recovery, Eddie was a referral source for the organization and quickly recognized that Lantana’s mission, values, and commitment to quality care aligned with the outcomes he had witnessed throughout his career.

Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, playing softball, and everything Philadelphia Sports.
